Public Prosecutor N K Sankhla said Bohra gave an account of the legal events which took place following the registration of the case against Salman. "I was associated with the entire paper work and investigation as well and had gone to Hyderabad with my senior officer with the viscera for laboratory test," Bohra said. Salman Khan’s advocate wanted permission to summon the then DCP and DM of Mumbai to a notice served on Salman pertaining to his arms license. However, the lower court had rejected the claim. Hastimal Saraswat, Khan's counsel said, "After that we moved a revision petition in the District & Sessions court, on which the arguments took place on Tuesday."
